Who We Are

Founded with a deep love for yoga, the founders were enchanted by the energy, beauty, and spiritual rhythm of Bali. What began as pilgrimages to teach became a lifelong calling. Eventually, Bali became not just a destination, but our permanent home in Ubud, the cultural and yogic heart of the island. Here, Yoga Union grew into a thriving community of practitioners, teachers, friends, and lifelong learners.

Yoga Union is more than a school. It is a family and community united by curiosity, compassion, and transformation. We believe yoga is not only a physical practice but a holistic journey that integrates body, mind, breath, and spirit. Through our programs, we support each individual’s path toward clarity, strength, joy, and insight.

We specialize in Yoga Teacher Trainings (YTTCs) and deep-ening courses that are inclusive and designed for all levels of practitioners who wish to teach, or simply deepen their understanding and embodiment of yoga.

Our trainings integrate:

• Classical Asana practice rooted in Vinyasa and Ashtanga
• Breathwork, meditation, mantra, and pranayama
• Philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodology
• Restorative and holistic practice exploration

All courses culminate in Yoga Alliance certification, empowering graduates to teach worldwide.
