Himanshu, from a traditional yoga family in India, holds a 500 RYT, B.A. in Yoga & Naturopathy, and M.A. in Yoga. Combining his enthusiasm with a technical asana approach, he inspires students to achieve long-term health, well-being, and fitness.

Specializing in Hatha and Ashtanga-Vinyasa, Himanshu also teaches asana theory, adjustments, and alignment. He is the lead teacher at YogaUnion, following his experience teaching 200hr and 300hr teacher training courses.
