The mission of the 50H Reconnect Training is to create a safe, embodied space where practitioners can slow down, listen inwardly, and rebuild trust with their bodies. Set in Mytikas, Greece, this course invites you to step away from performance-driven practice and return to presence, authenticity, and self-compassion.
This 50-hour immersion blends breathwork, somatic movement, mindful vinyasa, and restorative practices. Designed as a holistic journey, the course supports emotional regulation, embodied awareness, and practical integration — offering tools you can carry into teaching, facilitation, or daily life.
Rather than technique alone, this training emphasizes re-awakening presence. Through trauma-informed facilitation and relational practices, you’ll explore how breath, sensation, and awareness help navigate life’s complexity with clarity, curiosity, and compassion.
Expect a supportive, intimate environment where learning unfolds through experience. You’ll engage in reflective practices, embodied movement, group sharing, and guided integration — all supported by the calming rhythm of life by the Greek sea.
This course is open to all levels. It is especially suitable for 200h/300h graduates, experienced practitioners, or anyone feeling called to reconnect with their practice. No advanced physical ability is required — only openness and curiosity.
You’ll leave with somatic tools, breath-based practices, facilitation frameworks, and a deeper sense of self-awareness. The training supports you in teaching — and living — from a place of integrity, presence, and embodied truth.
At the end of the training, you’ll guide a 20-minute teaching presentation, integrating what you’ve learned. Upon successful completion, you’ll receive a Yoga Alliance–recognized 50H certification, marking both professional growth and personal transformation.

Each day begins with pranayama, meditation, and mantra chanting, grounding you in presence and intention. Morning vinyasa flows integrate breath and movement through mindful, somatic-based sequences. These practices awaken awareness, gently energize the body, and cultivate a deep sense of internal listening rather than performance or pushing.
Each morning begins with a nourishing, plant-based breakfast, prepared in collaboration with a local restaurant in Mytikas.
Rooted in yogic and holistic nutrition principles, meals feature fresh fruits, wholesome ingredients, and balanced flavors to support energy, digestion, and mental clarity throughout the day.
Late mornings focus on asana exploration, alignment, and hands-on adjustments, blending traditional yoga principles with modern body mechanics. You’ll learn how to modify postures safely, guide others with clarity, and understand the body as an expressive, adaptive system rather than a rigid structure.
Lunch offers a revitalizing vegetarian meal, blending the richness of the Greek diet with the simplicity of yogic cuisine.
Prepared with local, organic ingredients, these meals are designed to nourish without heaviness, allowing space for rest, integration, and sustained focus.
Afternoon sessions alternate between yoga philosophy and anatomy, weaving together the physical, emotional, and energetic layers of practice. These conversational, interactive classes invite reflection on how yoga applies to daily life, relationships, and self-awareness — beyond the mat.
Evenings balance the day with restorative practices and creative workshops, including Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, storytelling in savasana, and themed explorations such as partner work or cacao ceremonies. These sessions support nervous-system regulation, integration, and deep rest.
Evenings close with a comforting, plant-based dinner, crafted to support recovery and relaxation.
Our chefs combine Greek culinary inspiration, seasonal produce, and nutrient-rich superfoods, creating a flavorful dining experience that nurtures body and spirit while celebrating Mytikas’ unique essence.
