The 50 Hour Art of Adjustments Yoga Teacher Training is a six-day Vinyasa and Hatha immersion focused on safe, effective, and conscious hands-on assisting.

Guided by experienced instructors Himanshu and Gourav, the course teaches how to personalize adjustments according to individual student needs while honoring consent, trust, and clear communication.

From the moment you enter the shala, you begin teaching.

The training follows a progressive and confidence-building structure, starting with one-to-one practice and gradually moving toward group settings.

The course culminates in a 30-minute teaching practicum, allowing you to integrate and apply everything you have learned.

07:00 – 08:00 | Pranayama, Meditation & Morning Practice

Each day begins with pranayama, meditation, and mantra chanting to cultivate focus, sensitivity, and presence.

This is followed by an energizing Vinyasa-based practice to awaken the body and prepare physically and mentally for hands-on adjustment work.

08:00 – 10:30 | Deep Asana Study & Adjustments

Late morning sessions focus on deep asana study, emphasizing alignment, physical adjustments, and teaching methodology.

Students learn how to read bodies, apply safe and effective hands-on assists, and combine verbal and physical cueing with awareness and respect.

10:30 – 11:30 | Nourish & Glow: Breakfast

After your morning practice, enjoy a nourishing plant-based breakfast designed to refuel your body, balance your energy, and awaken your senses.

We offer fresh, organic meals crafted by health-focused chefs, using tropical fruits and locally sourced ingredients — all inspired by Yogic and Balinese traditions.
