Each morning begins by awakening the body through progressive warm-ups, mobility work, and functional conditioning designed to prepare joints, muscles, and the nervous system for partner-based practice.

You will explore handstands, inversions, and core activation, building strength, balance, and confidence while cultivating body awareness and safe alignment. These sessions set a strong foundation for trust, lifting mechanics, and dynamic movement later in the day.

09:00 – 10:00 | Breakfast

After your morning practice, enjoy a nourishing plant-based breakfast designed to refuel your body, balance your energy, and awaken your senses.

We offer fresh, organic meals crafted by health-focused chefs, using tropical fruits and locally sourced ingredients — all inspired by Yogic and Balinese traditions.

10:00 – 12:30 | Partner Drills & Technique Labs

Late mornings are dedicated to hands-on partner practice, where you work through foundational AcroYoga techniques as a base, flyer, and spotter.

You will study safe lifting mechanics, alignment principles, transitions, and spotting protocols, learning how to move with clarity, communication, and mutual support. These sessions emphasize precision while maintaining playfulness and exploration.

12:30 – 14:30 | Lunch & Rest

Enjoy a delicious, plant-based lunch. Rooted in yogic principles and crafted by skilled chefs, each meal blends local, organic ingredients, tropical fruits, and superfoods to fuel your body and support your practice.

14:30 – 17:30 | Workshops & Teaching Practice

Afternoons shift toward creative application and teaching development.

You explore AcroYoga flows, therapeutic elements, consent-based communication, and group facilitation skills. Through guided teaching labs, you practice leading sequences, spotting others, and holding space for different group dynamics while receiving constructive feedback.

17:45 – 18:45 | Reflection, Thai Massage & Community Circle

The day closes with restorative practices such as Thai massage, partner stretching, and grounding techniques to support physical recovery and emotional regulation.
