Before arriving in Bali, we recommend coming with an open mind, a basic level of physical readiness, and the ability to join daily yoga practice. Modifications are always available when needed.

For your comfort, arrive well-rested, stay hydrated, and bring any personal medications or travel essentials. Most importantly, come with a positive spirit and the willingness to grow throughout the journey.

How your days will unfold

7:00 – 08:00 | Pranayama: Awakening Through the Breath

Prana – breath, Yama – control – in accordance with the great yogis, breath equals to energy flow.

Every morning will begin with pranayama classes, where you will have the chance to get grounded, look inwards and set intention and energy for the day ahead.

You will practice your breath and gain conscious awareness of your body.

In this class you will learn and practice:

10:00 – 11:00 | Nourish & Glow: Breakfast

After your morning practice, enjoy a nourishing plant-based breakfast designed to refuel your body, balance your energy, and awaken your senses.

We offer fresh, organic meals crafted by health-focused chefs, using tropical fruits and locally sourced ingredients — all inspired by Yogic and Balinese traditions.

11:00 – 13:00 | Analysis & Adjustments

Our unique approach blends the tradition of Vinyasa & Ashtanga with the wisdom gained from years of exploration and practice.

This training goes beyond practice – it’s about understanding, alignment, and transformation. You’ll learn to analyze postures, master hands-on adjustments, and confidently structure a Vinyasa class with clarity and depth.

At Yoga Union, we believe teaching begins the moment you enter the shala. Every lesson is designed to be confidence-building and progressive.

You’ll start with one-to-one sessions, gradually move to larger groups, and ultimately lead a 30-minute class for your fellow yogis.

With continuous feedback from teachers and peers, you’ll refine your skills, build confidence, and discover your unique voice as a teacher.

The lessons are conversational and interactive, encouraging you to reflect, share, and connect with the deeper meaning of yoga.

What You Should Know

Yoga Practice

To get the most out of your training, it’s important to have a basic understanding of foundational yoga postures.

The more at ease you are with your practice, the more you’ll be able to focus on the deeper teachings and personal growth throughout the course.

Language

We warmly welcome students from all countries and language backgrounds. All lessons and course materials are delivered in clear, simple English to ensure everyone can follow along with ease.

Please note: All classes and the final exam will be conducted in English.

Attendance

Full participation in classes, workshops, and assessments is required for certification. The schedule is immersive but carefully structured with breaks for meals and rest.

Showing up consistently honors your own process, respects the group, and allows the teaching team to support you to the fullest.

Days Off

Sunday is your rest day. You might explore Ubud, visit waterfalls, enjoy a massage, or simply stay quiet with a journal and tea.

This weekly pause is essential for integration, giving your body, mind, and heart the chance to absorb everything you are experiencing.
