The mission of the 200-Hour Hybrid Yoga Teacher Training in Mytikas, Greece is to offer a flexible, immersive, and deeply grounded yoga education that meets modern practitioners where they are—both physically and geographically.
By combining in-person training by the Greek sea with structured online learning, this program allows you to fully immerse yourself in yoga while maintaining freedom, balance, and accessibility.
Our mission is not only to train yoga teachers, but to support personal transformation, confidence, and long-term integration. The Greek environment—open skies, calm waters, and slow rhythms—creates space for reflection, embodiment, and meaningful connection to the practice.
This 200-hour Hybrid Yoga Teacher Training is a carefully designed blend of 100 onsite hours in Mytikas, Greece and 100 online hours completed at your own pace within six months.
The onsite portion offers a fully immersive experience, with daily practices, lectures, and workshops held in a serene coastal setting. The online platform provides structured modules, recorded classes, and study materials that allow you to continue learning wherever you are in the world.
Together, these two formats create a comprehensive and balanced training that respects different learning styles while maintaining the high standards and depth of a traditional 200-hour YTT.
The focus of this training is to help you develop a strong personal practice while gaining the tools and understanding needed to teach with clarity, integrity, and confidence.
You will explore Vinyasa Yoga rooted in Ashtanga principles, supported by detailed alignment work, asana analysis, and intelligent sequencing. Equal importance is given to pranayama, meditation, philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodology.
Special attention is placed on embodiment—learning not just intellectually, but through lived experience. The peaceful setting of Mytikas supports this process, allowing you to slow down, absorb the teachings, and integrate them deeply.
You can expect a well-structured, supportive, and inspiring learning environment that balances discipline with freedom.
During the onsite portion in Greece, your days will follow a steady rhythm of morning practice, theory sessions, hands-on workshops, and restorative afternoons, all designed to support sustainable learning and nervous system regulation.
Online, you’ll access a clear study path with recorded classes, written materials, and reflection assignments that reinforce what you’ve learned onsite. Throughout the training, you’ll be supported by experienced teachers and a global YogaUnion community, ensuring you never feel alone in your journey.
This training is open to dedicated yoga practitioners who feel called to deepen their practice or begin teaching, regardless of whether teaching is their final goal.
A minimum of six months of consistent yoga practice is recommended, along with an openness to self-reflection, feedback, and growth. No advanced postures are required—commitment, curiosity, and willingness to learn are far more important.
Because this is a hybrid program, students should have reliable internet access for the online portion and be able to commit fully to the onsite schedule during their time in Mytikas.
By the end of this training, you will leave with far more than a certificate.
You’ll gain a solid personal practice, a clear understanding of yoga’s foundations, and the confidence to guide others safely and authentically. You’ll understand how to structure classes, use your voice effectively, and adapt teachings to different bodies and needs.
Beyond skills, you’ll take away a deeper sense of self-awareness, connection, and purpose—shaped by time spent learning, practicing, and living by the sea in Greece.
To successfully complete the 200-Hour Hybrid Yoga Teacher Training, students must attend all onsite sessions in Mytikas and complete the required online modules within six months.
Assessment is ongoing and supportive, based on participation, self-reflection, written assignments, and teaching practice rather than high-pressure exams.
Upon completion, you will receive a YogaUnion 200-hour certification, eligible for registration with Yoga Alliance. This certification reflects not only your hours, but your commitment to learning, integrity, and embodied practice.
