The 50 Hour Breath & Somatics Teacher Training is a trauma-informed, embodied immersion into breathwork, somatic awareness, and nervous system regulation.

This training is designed to support both personal transformation and professional facilitation skills through experiential, body-based practices.

Blending modern science with ancient wisdom, the course explores how breath, movement, and emotional awareness create lasting shifts in the body-mind system.

You will learn how to guide others with clarity, compassion, and grounded presence.

This program can be taken as a stand-alone certification or integrated into a 200h or 300h Yoga Teacher Training, expanding your capacity to hold safe, attuned spaces.

07:00 – 08:30 | Morning Somatics & Embodiment

Each day begins with gentle somatic movement, breathwork, and emotional release designed to awaken deeper body awareness and ground the nervous system. These practices help you notice physical and emotional tensions held in the body and begin the day with felt presence, regulation, and embodied clarity.

08:30 – 09:30 | Breakfast & Self-Reflection

After your morning practice, enjoy a nourishing plant-based breakfast designed to
refuel your body, balance your energy, and awaken your senses.

We offer fresh, organic meals crafted by health-focused chefs,
using tropical fruits and locally sourced ingredients — all inspired by
Yogic and Balinese traditions.

It’s more than a meal — it’s a moment to pauseconnect, and savor.

09:30 – 12:00 | Sharing Circles & Breath-Somatics Theory

Late mornings focus on trauma-informed theory, nervous system states, and experiential sharing circles. You explore how emotions live in the body, how breath affects awareness and regulation, and how to build safe, attuned space-holding skills through reflective dialogue and peer engagement.

12:00 – 14:00 | Lunch & Integration Break

Enjoy a delicious, plant-based lunch. Rooted in yogic principles and crafted by skilled chefs, each meal blends local, organic ingredients, tropical fruits, and superfoods to fuel your body and support your practice.

14:00 – 17:00 | Interactive Lessons & Teaching Practice

Afternoons are rich with experiential and interactive lessons that weave together somatic tools and breathwork methods. You practice facilitation skills, co-regulation techniques, and guided session structure, building confidence step by step. Real-time feedback helps refine your ability to hold space, respond skillfully to nervous system states, and adapt somatic practices for individuals and groups.

17:15 – 18:30 | Group Sharing Circle

This session invites group connection, emotional integration, and grounded reflection. Through sharing circles, mirrored somatics, and co-regulation exercises, you deepen relational awareness, process the day’s work, and support each other in community presence.

Yoga Practice

To get the most out of this training, a basic familiarity with yoga or body awareness is recommended.

The more comfortable you are sensing your body and breath, the easier it will be to engage with the deeper somatic, emotional, and nervous system work throughout the course.

Please note: All sessions and the final certification process are conducted in English.

Attendance

Full attendance is essential to support both your personal process and group integrity.

Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes, workshops, and sharing circles, as the training builds progressively through shared experience and continuity.

Days Off

To support integration and balance, the training includes one day off per week, usually Sunday.

This time is offered for rest, reflection, nature, or quiet exploration, allowing the body and nervous system to settle and recharge.
